Originally founded in 2009 as a community of jobs, Kings City has evolved into a premier provider of physical workspaces, outsourcing, and offshoring solutions. We don't just lease desks; we curate a holistic environment where professional mentoring, networking, and friendships naturally occur.

Founded in 1999, Kings Group of Companies began with a simple yet powerful mission — to provide jobs and create meaningful opportunities for Filipinos. What started as a microfinancing cooperative in Zamboanga City has grown into a nationwide network of businesses.

In 2020, we launched Kings City — a premium co-working and offshoring destination in Parañaque City. Today, we support more than 10,000 members nationwide and help businesses from Australia and around the world build high-performing teams in the Philippines.

How We Got Here

OUR HISTORY

1999

Kings Lending Corporation

Founded in Zamboanga City, providing microfinancing services to hardworking Filipinos and laying the foundation for what would become a nationwide cooperative.

2005

Kings Asia Pacific Trading

The umbrella organization of Kings' retail businesses launched Pacific Water in Zamboanga City.

2009

Kings Manpower Established

Established in Zamboanga City to provide professional manpower services to different industries across the region.

2011

Metro Manila Expansion

Kings Manpower expanded to Metro Manila, establishing offices in Parañaque, Manila, Makati and BGC.

2016

Home Culinary & Technical School

Established to offer livelihood and educational programs to Kings Members. Accredited by TESDA as a Training and Assessment Center.

2017

Visayas Expansion

Kings Manpower expanded its reach into the Visayas region, strengthening the cooperative's nationwide presence.

2019

Kings Headquarters

Reached the 10,000 member mark and expanded services to include serviced offices, meeting rooms and private offices.

2020

Kings City

Events place, bigger meeting rooms, and coworking space for members, located in Parañaque.

2025

Kings & Elan Media Group

Launched a premier agency blending creative vision and strategic expertise to craft impactful brand experiences globally.

2026

Social Manila Lifestyle

Expanding into premium lifestyle experiences, blending curated social spaces and community events for the modern urban professional.
